Refund & Return Policy

Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns once the package has been opened or used.

However, if you receive:

• The wrong product, or

• A damaged/defective item,

Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order. We will work with you to either resend the correct item or issue a store credit/refund where applicable.

Refund Conditions:

• Items must be unused and in their original packaging.

• Proof (photo/video) may be required for damaged items.

• Refunds are processed via crypto or store credit only.
